Default COM Shim in VS 2008?

I have created a Managed COM AddIn for Excel using C#

I now need to create a Shim for it in C++.

VS 2005 had a COM Shim Wizard to aid in this development.

VS 2008 has no such thing (so far as I can tell).

Two part question:
1. Is there a COM Shim Wizard for VS 2008 (I havent found it yet if there is)
2. How do I create the Shim Manually if the Wizard doesnt exist ?

thanks
