Default Conditional Formatting - Formula - Excel '97

Hi,

I'm using the following formula for my criteria and it doesn't work :-

=AND(D16:D1013="Mid-Term", (F16:F1013="Yes"))

D16:D1013=Mid-Term
F16:F1013=Yes

I need both of the criteria to be met for the formatting to be applied.

Any suggestions?
