How do I customize the list that the 'DATA' sort uses? I need to be able to
sort by my own particular categories. Thank you for any/all your help. A

Create a list of your categories, in the order that you desire,
and go to Tools | Options | Custom Lists and add your list.
When sorting click the "Options" button on the wizard and choose your custom list.
