Default Saving w/ Stronger Encryption in Excel 2007

At work I use VBA in Excel 2003. When I am at home I use Excel 2007. When I
save a Workbook in 2007 that I developed in 2003 a MsgBox always pops up
saying "Stronger Encryption is needed." (the quote is paraphrased from what
the Msgbox really says. How can I keep this message from popping up
everytime I want to save a 2003 workbook in 2007? And Why does it pop up?

Thanks in Advance,
Ryan
