Default Identifying Linked s/sheets

Hi,

Is there a way, either by looking at properties or programming (e.g.
vbscript, .net) of identifying which excel files in e.g. a Windows folder
have embedded links to other s/sheets?
Its not necessary to output where/what the linking file is but just a heads
up that there is an embedded link is fine.

Thanks
Ken
