I have been struggling for ages to fathom out where Command bars were saved
in Excel 2000 for ages and now I find myself really scratching. Excel 2k says that it is not pos to quiz the application on which command bars associated with a particular Workbook - I begrudgingly accept this. But now, having examined the list of 150 (or so) bars 'known' to Excel 2007, I find Excel 2007 only knows about one out of four non built-in bars I have associated with the file 'Personal.xls'. Why is this so and what can I do (also, if anyone knows exactly where Excel 2000 or 2007 keeps its 'knowledge' of the bars, I would be more than grateful. N.B. I'll probably dabble with creating some simple add-ins of basically the same thing if I can establish that it is the 'proper' way to go. Many thanks Tricky |
