Cells(Rows.Count, "BD").End(xlUp));
and the 4-th line of macro :If cell.Value < 32 Then
becomed : If cell.Value <= 32 Then

ALL YOUR ADVICE BUILT THIS MACRO !! THIS CASE IS RESOLVED !
