Default Email from Excel useing FollowHyperLink

I am creating an Excel form for my company where the user fills out the form
and clicks a button that is call "Send & Email".

What I need this macro to do is fill out an Outlook email with "To", "From",
"Subject", "Message", "Attach file".

I am using the FollowHyperLink method and I need already have the 'Tags' for
entering the "To", "Subject", & "Message".

Are there 'Tags' for "From" and "Attached File"?
