Default How do I add to Auto_Open Macro keystroke Ctrl & F1 ?

I am trying to minimize the ribbons on a workbook loading. I attempted to
use record a macro but it results in an emty macro. Sometime back I thought
I saw a function or command that could be added to a macro that would
simulate key strokes. I am interested in doing this with the security
warning that come up during open.

Help?
