Default Shadow Menu

In Excel 2007 when I right click a cell a normal menu appears similar
to Excel 2003 ; but also a small "Shadow" menu appears.

Is it possible to program this shadow menu?

Any help greatly appreciated

Default Shadow Menu

I've been using the term "shadow menu" to mean something completely
different. I see you didn't follow the previous thread closely. No matter.
I gather you're referring to what MS has called the 'floatie'. I don't know
if it another name but it's not customizable in any case.
