Default Custom Toolbar question - newbie

I know that there are a fair # of posts having to do w/ custom toolbars, but
none seem to be as simple as I need. I am looking to add a drop down menu
that contains a list of all the macros contained within a spreadsheet to the
custom toolbar section under the Add-Ins tab in Excel 2007. Can anyone help?
Thanks in advance.
