Default Conditional Formating

I have a worksheet that is for my mileage on my work vehicle. I have to keep
track of my mile is Floirda and Alabama. I am wanting to set up my worksheet
so that when I have miles in Alabama the font will change and the background
color will change. So far I have been able to do this how ever I want to copy
it to rest of the open cells below. After I have done the copy. I can start
my first row and put in the Alabama miles when I hit enter it makes all the
rows change. I want each row to work independently. How can I copy them so
this happens. I doin't want to have to format each row.
Thanks
