There are 2 easy to access built in calendars. To get at them bring up the
Control Toolbox (Tools | Customize | Toolbars | Control Toolbox). On that toolbar there is an icon that looks like a hammer and wrench. Selecting this gives you a drop down. Select either the Microsoft Date & Time picker (my favorite) or the Microsoft MonthView control. When first added the sheet will be in design mode. Right click on the control and select properties. Put a cell address in the Linked Cell Property. Close the properties window. To exit design mode click the icon that looks like a ruler and triangle. -- HTH...
