Default Validation List

Hi,

I'm not sure I can do this. I have two rows of data, one is F30:N30 and the
other is F36:N36. The cells contain percentages. I need to make a
Validation List drop down in a cell with a combination of both rows for the
user to chose from. Is this possible?
