Default Disable Window Minimize/Maximise/Resize

I have been able to disable/grey out the main close button using some code
from MS but I am having difficulties when trying to either lock out or hide
the main maxi/minimize buttons too. I just cant seem to do it in VB (dont
mind if they are hidden or disabled, as long as the user can't use them).

Does anyone have any suggestions please?

I also would like to be able to lock the actual window so that it cant be
resized (although I dont want the screen set to max, just normal).

Cheers for the help!
