Default How do i restritict permission with IRM in Excel 2007?

I had a file that I had to convect from Excel 03 to Excel 07. In 03 I could
restrict permission to the file easily with IRM "Do Not Distribute." In 07's
help section, it says that there should be a option under "Perpare," but when
I look, I do not see it there. Am I looking in the wrong spot, or is this an
option that was not used? If it is not used, what other way do I stop the
file from being emailed to the wrong person?
