Default Cut & Paste Excel Format & Values to New Folder in PdF

I have a Folder with 9 Workbooks, with 6 Worksheets each
well formatted and defined printing areas.
The problem :
Some of these worksheets have on their right hand side,
out of the printed area, intermediate calculations which
do not have to be reported,
and I am now required to mail these reports to Upper Management,
limited to my defined printing areas, in PdF Format.
I know how to do it manually, but how can I populate a New Folder
from these Worksheets in PdF with VBA ?

Help appreciated
Wayne
