Default Custom Pivot table results

Hello All,
I am created a Pivot Table and when i dblclick on a Cell (which
contain Sum Value of Data) it display result in a new sheet with all
columns (which have original data).
now i want when i click on that cell it display result in new sheet
but limited columns (set by me)
is it possible if yes kindly help me.

Not possible through the UI, it will always display all columns in the
dataset
