Returning a value in a range
I want to take a sum (see example, 44) and have it look at the first row of
numbers , choose numbers that equal the total of 44 and return the value (number) in the second row. 44 32 24 16 12 8 4 2 1 1 Any suggestions? THANKS |

To select items that combine to form a fixed sum, use Solver:
