delimiter sign in csv files
hello
when I save as csv columns get separated with commas. what do i need to do to force';' - semicolon as delimiter sign regardless of computers regional settings? thanks |

I think you'll have to take control over how you export the data if you really
want to ignore that windows setting. Here are three sites that you could steal some code from: Earl Kiosterud's Text Write program: www.smokeylake.com/excel (or directly: http://www.smokeylake.com/excel/text_write_program.htm) Chip Pearson's: http://www.cpearson.com/excel/imptext.htm J.E.
