Default column returning null values

Hi there,

I've created a form for entering data, and I've been able to pull data using
both either Transact SQL (importing as a table) and Crystal Reports from the
spreadsheet it populates for months now. Except this month! For some reason
one of my columns appear blank to both these tool, however when looking at
the spreadsheet all the data is in the column.

Any ideas?
