in Design Mode, there is a little wondiw that appears that, when
clicked on, says =EMBED("Forms.HTML:Hidden.1",""). I keep deleting
them, but it seems there are tons on top of each other! How can I
delete them??

Default Forms.HTML??

Are there any shapes that you want to keep?

If no...
Edit|goto|Special|Objects
click the delete button on the keyboard.
