Default 5 Bells Ring Sound

I'm building an AddIn.
Today I started hearing a series of 'five bell rings'.
It happens about two minutues.

If it's from Excel, why am I getting it and how do I turn it off ?
I've checked all my windows, none are flashing, nothing seems out of the
ordinary.

Thanks.

Or click on that little speaker icon in the Systray. Check the Mute
checkbox. :)
