Format--Conditional Formatting
"Cells Value Is" - "Greater than or equal to" - whatever your number
Click on the Format button and make any changes you desire.
To add a second condition, click the Add button.
You are limited to 3 conditions.

Use Conditional Formatting from the Format menu. It will do exactly what you
want. See www.cpearson.com/Excel/CFormatting.htm for additional details.
