Default How do I get a complete list of all VB Functions

I am using Offcice 2003, specifically Excel.
When requesting a list of visual basic functions, I do not see DateSerial
nor DateAdd. Is there a way to get a complete list of all functions?

I believe the object Browser does that, but it's difficult to tell what they
do. (Need to install the help files on my end)
