I have created several external named range, for e.g.
='C:\Documents and Settings\madiya\Desktop\[RUIM Master
File.xls]Reciept Data'!$E$1:$E$20000

I intend to use it in sumproduct formulas but on testing I got error
as below.

Excel cannot complete this task with available resources. Choose less
data or close other applications. <OK button

I used the same in counta formula. While saving the file above error
came up.

Need help to resolve the issue.
