Default Highlight the row and the column that the mouse pointer is in.

I want to right some code so that if my mouse pointer is over cell K15 column
K and row 15 are highlighted. As I move my pointer the highlighting changes
according to the cell my pointer crosses over. Can someone point me in the
right direction?
