Default Standard Page Layout

I am using Visual basic express edition to create a windows forms application
to create standardised directory structures and document issue registers, I
would like to be able to create an Excel sheet which when continuing to the
next page would automatically insert colums A-F and Cells G1:R5 The columns
part can be done by usung the page setup dialog but can i automatically copy
G1:R5 to S1:AD5 when text is input into solumn S ? and if so how ? do i have
to add a macro to the sheet programatically ?
