Default Setting Windows Timers for a specific time

Hopefully someone can help me.

I have a workbook with a set of scripts that I want to run at 07:45, 13:45
and 17:45 every day. I got the following link from another post on the forum
and have read thru it.

http://www.cpearson.com/excel/ontime.htm

I have figured out how to do it using the application.ontime, but is says
that if excel is going to be used 24x7, then this is not very stable, so I
was thinking I would use the Windows Timer part of the above to do it
instead, but I cannot figure out how to get it to do it at the times
mentioned above.

Can anyone help?????

Thank you in advance.

Cheers...
