Default How2 automatic refresh advanced filter based on validation list?

I have a list which I want to automatically update when I select a value in a
cell from a validation list. The list will end up as a document showing only
the selected lines, but I want functionality like dynamic tables in RDB's,
not having to do all the manual updating of the advanced filter. Anyone has a
tip on what to put where, to make this refresh happen when the value in the
source-cell changes?

There are sample files here that might help:

http://www.contextures.com/excelfiles.html

For example, under Filters, look for FL0002 - Product List by Week
Number or FL0005 - Phone List for Selected Name

Thanks a lot, that seems to work just perfect, BR Kjetil

PS; a lot of well tasting products in the list, even scandinavian, if you
visit Norway, I'll invite you for a bite ;-)
