Default Command Button

I would like to create a command button on a worksheet in excel that I can
click after I added information in the cells I can forward the spreadsheet
via email to a particular person as a file attachment. Would it be possible
to provide me with the code that would accomplish this.

Thanks very much for any help.

Best regards,
