Default Creating Server Certificate for Excel Macros

I think this is an easy problem to solve but I have not had any luck
finding the solution. I have created an Excel Template that contains a
macro. I would like to assign the macro a certificate from the Windows
Server 2003 Certificate Server. I have reviewed the templates on the
Cert Server and none seem to be applicable to a VBA script. Where can
I find some detailed instructions on how to create a certificate on my
network server then apply it to my Excel Template for the rest of the
organization to use?

Alex
