Default Design a Form for Excel

The school district I work for has taken Access away from teachers outside of
the Computer Science instructors.

This has left me with a strange situation. The teachers want me to design a
form "Without Access" for them to enter criteria and select students from
their Excel file based on this criteria that is entered.

The reason for this is so a teacher can send a letter to the parent to
inform them that the teacher's student is lacking in a certain area or is
being commended for an accomplishment.

In there any way that we can create criteria fields (filters) to enter for
each column to search?

Any help will be appreciated!

Thanks

Granny
