Default Disable Auto Calculate Office 2004 Mac

This maybe a silly question but I want to disable auto calculate in
excel for mac version 2004. There is no option under tools in order to
perform this action.

My ideal outcome would be that when the workbook is opened nothing is
recalculated (globally), then when a macro is run for a specific
report only that data gets recalculated.

If anyone knows a way this would be great.

Thanks,

Martin
