Default How can I change the colour of cells using a macro?

Better to use conditional formatting then. It is found under the Formatting
menu.

Here is a link to a wealth of information:

Hiya,

I have a personal finance ledger going week to week. I'd like to write a
macro to change the colour of a range of cells (my bank balance) if the
number goes below a certain amount (my overdraft limit) to warn me.

How can I do this please? I have absolutely no idea how to write macros in
Excel.

Thanks in advance,

Mike
