I have two problems in Web query

1. I would like to import data from
"URL;http://www.amfiindia.com/amfimembers.asp", there is a drop down menu
available in the site by choosing any one from that i am unable to import
chosen data. Please help me out.

2. In web query, if a site requires password and digital signatures before
providing the data how it can be done through programming.?

I wrote the normal web query to fetch data but it gives me a error "Login
Expired" ? Can anyone help me out.
