Default Tooltip on Macro Button on Toolbar

Two questions:

I have created a macro and assigned it to the smiley (the only one
available) button on my toolbar. The tooltip currently says "Custom Button".
I want it to say "Change to text".

1. How do I change the tooltip to say "Change to text".

2. Also, how do I get more buttons to choose from? I remember being able
to choose a from whole bunch in the past (i.e heart, club, folder, etc).
Where did these go?
