Default msflexgrid doesn't exist on vista

Hello,

I have a problem with MSFlexGrid on Vista.
I'm using FlexGrid on a Excel Application, which is developed in Excel 2002.
Now I want to run the Application on a computer, which has the OS Vista.

If I open the form with the flexgrid, Excel throws a message, that it
doesn't know this object.

The reference is set to the msflexgrid library in the directory system32.
But i can't add a new flexgrid on the form, too. Also if I open the form, my
flexgrid disappears.

I don't know, how to solve this problem. And I don't find any solution or
help to solve it.

I would be very happy, if someone could help me.
Thanks a lot,
best regards,
krixxie
