Default No Dir in Spreadsheet Referencing of Cells

I am referencing data in an Excel Cell from another worksheet. The
reference is embedding the dir letter and path into my file name reference.
Is there away to not include this so that it will always default to the same
directory assuming both files are stored in the same path. Would like the
spreadsheet to work on multiple PC's with different path configurations.
