Send To: Mail Recipient without Macro

I have a macro assigned to a form (click button) which selects the
Send To - Mail recipient from the file menu. This is fine except I do
not want to send the sheet with the macro or form on it. I only want
to send the text and pictures as they appear on the worksheet.

Please help
