Default Excel Project - Sharing

Hi everyone,

I am designing an excel project for a company which has several
different geographical locations (sites).

Each site has a seperate workbook which are identical to each other,
and at each site the employees fill in (update) with their own data,
which is calculated and certain reports and charts are created.

One of the requirements is that the director of the company would like
be able to see these reports and charts for every site for his own use
from his own location. He would only be vieiwng this at least once a
month.

I am having trouble decideing how i should go about this. The
workbooks themselves are quite large in size so would be impractical
to send the whole thing to him from each site.

Any and all ideas are welcome.

If you need any more information please ask.

Regards
Nick

The director should decide what data he needs to see from each site and have
it prepared in a summary format. It should be easy enough to extract the
information from each site copy and compile it into a single report for the
director.
