Default How do I send an e-mail in Outlook triggered by results in Excel?

I want an Excel spreasheet logical function to automatically send a
prewritten message in Outlook, to a predetermined e-mail address. In short,
a e-mail notification when certain criteria in the spreadsheet have been met.
