Default How do I disable the right-click shortcut menu on charts

I want to use right click on an embedded chart to execute some code. The
BeforeRightClick event works fine when the chart is activated, but if the
chart is activated by the right click the event doesn't run.
I tried the MouseDown event but this doesn't have a cancel option to prevent
the shortcut menu showing after the code has run.
