Hi there
what is the method for picking items from the right click menu with alt key short cuts? for example, i want to re-order my pivot table, so i right click the measure i want to move, pick "Order" ('e' underlined), then "Move Up" ('u' underlined). There must be a method of using Alt+ then eventually e+u to get this done. Do i have to go back & find out what menu's the "Order" button is in & run through the commands full path in my alt shortcut? I do not believe this is the case becuase to get to Format Cells, for example through the top menu, the path would be alt+o+e. but the Format Cells button on the right click menu is showing the 'F' as the shortcut letter. This makes me think there is something special i am missing to enable me to change my alt+ command from looking in the top menu's to the right-click menu? As always, any help gratefully recieved, let me know if you need anymore info cheers jb |
