Default HOW CAN I HAVE THE SHEET TO BE PROTECTED, FORMULAS HIDDEN AND YET GIVE AN OPTION IN VB TO HAVE A TOGGLE TO PROTECT/ UNPROTECT/HIDE/UNHIDE CELLS

DEAR ALL
In this moth getting fantastic guidance from this forum, I have made
quite a good progress. Now I have to give away the program for the
ship staff but before that I need some advice:
Since I locked and hidden the formulas for all the cells except for
data entry cells, the staff find it difficult to check were the fault
is on account of know knowing the linked cells. If I leave the
formulas open- they keep opening the sheets using sheet tab option.
What i want to do is once the sheet is all finalised, i want to make
carbon copy of that range say a1.n100 to a different location and
with a command button and VB to superimpose again at a1 - sort of -
reset- option.
or want to have an option that the staff can change any formulas and
liks etc but once it is saved only the original format, formulas and
links are saved and most important is no deletion of rows or columns.
Looking forward to for great sugestions or links to read and be guided.
