Default Interop.excel dll with no office installed

Hi.
I have an application which uses interop.excel dll. I need to be able to
compile this application on a computer which has no office installed on it,
but it won't compile because it can't find the dll.
Is there a way I can get this dll without installing full excel on the
compiling computer?
