Default Excel AddIn .dll problem: 'Can't find object or library'

I am using Excel2000, I am sharing an addin that is stored on the
network.
Unfortunately there are references in the addin to libraries I don't
have and are not essential to my process
Because of this every time I open Excel I get a debug error 'Can't
find object or library'
I have to click OK; Click Stop numerous times throughout all the
functions in the xla
Does anyone know of a way to stop this?

Not without altering the add-in itself.
