Default Why does my file say it has macros, but I can't find them?

I had a case like this once. I had to delete all the named ranges in
the workbook to stop getting the error... (Which you can turn off by
the way)

Unless you're sure they are needed, try going to Insert-Name-Define
and deleting all the named ranges.

When I opened a file, a message popped up that said it contained macros (and
then gave me the choice to enable or disable them). I want to delete them,
but I can't find them in Tools-Macro-Macros?
