You can do this with visual basic scripting as well. Open notepad, then paste
this code:
Set oXL = CreateObject("Excel.Application")
oXL.Workbooks.Add
Set oAddin = oXL.Addins.Add("C:\Hide_Columns_Addin.xla", True)
oAddin.Installed = True
oXL.Quit
Set oAddin = Nothing
Set oXL = Nothing

(Change the filename as needed)
Save the notepad file as something.vbs
Double-Click the .vbs file
