A radar chart doesn't have "rings", so it's not as self-explanatory as you
thought. Do you mean color the areas between concentric gridlines? Add a
number of series, with values starting at the greatest value and work your
way down. Make these series of the filled radar area type. Put your actual
data series last, and type this as a line and marker radar series.
